This commercial license is for agencies, businesses, creators, designers, and other professional users who purchase an INTAGLIO ART digital artwork.
What the License Allows
The license allows use of the purchased artwork in commercial projects, client work, websites, social media content, presentations, advertising, editorial work, and other business communications.
What the License Does Not Include
The license is non-exclusive and applies only to the purchaser. It does not transfer copyright or ownership. The artwork may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, uploaded as a standalone asset, used in a logo or trademark, or offered as a competing stock or digital product.
Extended Uses
For large-scale campaigns, merchandise, resale, exclusive rights, or uses outside this scope, please contact INTAGLIO ART before purchase to discuss a separate agreement.
